Campaign 'Working Together for Tomorrow'

On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the Municipality of Terneuzen launched the campaign ‘Working Together for Tomorrow’. The campaign is a collaboration with the Expat Center Zeeland and OnbegrensdZeeuwsVlaanderen. With this campaign, we provide insight into the importance and necessity of labor migrants—and especially the people behind them. 

Many labor migrants live and work in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. They are important for our economic growth and contribute to the preservation of various facilities. Yet their stories often remain unknown. Labor migrants can be your colleagues at work, neighbors on your street, or parents at the schoolyard. They are just as much a part of our community. But what do we actually know about their culture, background, and daily lives? 

By getting to know each other better, we want to work together towards an inclusive and engaged society. With mutual respect, positivity, and openness, we can strengthen that connection. Let’s work together for a better future, where everyone feels at home.
